Pui Spinach is is a popular tropical leafy-green vegetable commonly grown as backyard plant in the home gardens. the plant is a creeping vine, and its leaves feature glossy, broad, deep green, thick, and mucilaginous. Pui Spinach is high in Vitamin A and C as well as Iron and Calcium. It is low in calories but has a good protein/calories ratio, and plenty of soluble fiber. Its thick, fleshy leaves are a good source of non-starch polysaccharide, mucilage.
